Oh no, Vindigo!
The spammers just got access to Vindigo‘s account database! Oh, no!
For those not old enough to remember, Vindigo was the killer app on the Palm Pilot, which was the first useful mobile device.
I’ve been keeping track of every email address I’ve ever given out , and I just got a pump-and-dump spam to the address I gave to Vindigo on 9/8/2003 when I (gleefully!) purchased my Vindigo 2.0 subscription.
Before today, the last email I got on this address was on 9/18/2006 when I (sadly) canceled my Vindigo subscription because I traded in my Palm Pilot for a Blackberry.
Oh, the memories!
